Courts Belize is hiring a Financial Accountant.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

*Bachelors in Finance or Accounting.

*Minimum of five (5) years experience as an Accountant.

*Minimum of five (5) years experience in a large organization.

*Experience in Oracle is an asset.

*Must be able to work flexible hours.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Provide financial reports to Director with recommendations for efficiencies, cost controls, and revenue opportunities.

*Management/production of financial reports: cash flow, regional summary and trading reports.

*Manage the department’s efficiency in the production of daily, weekly and month-end close and reporting activities.

*Provide support and participate in production of annual budgets and forecasts.

*Guarantee proper internal controls are in place to monitor the completeness, accuracy and timely processing of all financial transactions.

*Day to day management of finance team.
