Mirab is hiring a Marketing Representative in Belize City.

We are seeking a highly committed, energetic, and creative person to join our dynamic team as a Marketing Representative!

MAIN DUTIES:
• Devise marketing plans and campaigns with the goal of increasing product awareness and revenue

• Plan, organize, and execute marketing and sales programs for Mirab and group of companies

• Maintain social media management

• Generate leads and drive sales

• Support all company intiatives, give actionable feedback, share best practices and serve as an advocate and information source for the company

• Create programs that drive brand loyalty

• Attend trade shows and events to market
products

• Improve forecast performance of business through understanding of
underlying demand assumptions

• Gather and report customer intelligence and analytics monthly

• Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and new opportunities

REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Strong business awareness

• Ability to provide forecasting and follow new upcoming trends

• Understand what motivates buyer behavior

• Achieve results while remaining calm under pressure

• Proficient in Photoshop, InDesign or Illustrator
