VACANCY: Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.

The CHRO also functions as a strategic business advisor to C-level and second-level management regarding key business and management issues.

The Chief Human Resource Officer is expected to have an MBA or BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field is highly desirable.

Minimum of ten (10) years increasingly responsible human resources experience including GM of HR, with at least five (5) years of senior executive level experience.

Preference will be given to those who meet the requirements.
