VACANCY: Store Manager at Airport

Responsibilities

- Complete store operational requirements by scheduling & assigning
employees and following up on work results.

- Maintaining staff job results by coaching, counseling & disciplining employees; as well as planning, monitoring and appeasing job results.

- Achieve store’s financial objectives.

- Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing
rapport with potential & actual customers and person in a position
to understand service requirements.

- Reviewing pricing strategies by monitoring merchandise activity &
determining additional needed sales promotions and keep up with
the latest trends.
-Market merchandise by studying the display plans and making
changes where necessary.

Requirements
- Associates Degree
- At least 2 years in required field
