Early morning departure from Belize City to the western part of the country, en route, visit a many Creole settlements that moved away from the city due to hurricanes. First cross a river on a hand operated ferry for an amazing visit to Xunantunich Maya ruins, commonly known as "El Castillo-The Castle" for its height and majesty. From the peak of El Castillo, get a panoramic view of nearby villages in Belize and Guatemala. After lunch and sodas, on the way back to Belize City, visit the magnificent Belize Zoo, set in its natural habitat. View the animals and wildlife of Central America. Tour then returns to Belize City or place of pick up.
