Santiago Castillo is hiring a security guard in Belize City.

Job Objective:

Prevent crime and protect persons and property in all the company facilities

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Patrol and ensure the security of all company facilities and assets including supermarkets, stores, offices & warehouses.

Conduct surveillance of all merchandise from warehouse to delivery;

Conduct surveillance of activities in the supermarkets to identify suspicious behaviours and shoplifting;

Search persons as directed by the on-duty Senior Security Officer;

Search all vehicles entering & exiting company facilities as directed by the on-duty Senior Security Officer;

Complete duty log showing all activities and incidents during each shift;

Write incident reports as necessary.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Completion of Primary School

Security guard experience

Ability to read, write, follow instructions and make decisions withing parameters given

Strict adherence to ethical conduct

Willingness to work flexible hours

Professional work outlook

Commitment to respresenting the Company internally and externally in a professional and ethical manner
