Description

The IT Support Technician position involves general help desk support to users including troubleshooting installation, repair, and maintenance of Information Technology.

IT also involves installation of video and network cables.

Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Associates Degree in IT or other related fields

- Technical Certification (Traverse User Training, SAP User Training, Xsales Use Training)

- Computer program skills required (WIndows XP 1+, SQL 1+, Traverse 1+, Office 3+)
