Job Description:
- Post to and monitor all of social media accounts, simultaneously and on a daily basis.
- Ensure timely responses to customers and followers’ queries and comments.
- Writing content that is suitable for various social media platforms.
- Maintain a cohesive strategy across all platforms to increase our brand awareness.
- Help grow social reach, engagement, and referral traffic and providing reports to the Director on all web traffic.
- Identify habits of our online customers and suggest ways to reach a broader audience.
- Spot social media trends, including new platforms and changes to existing ones.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends within the digital and social media landscape.
- Collaborating with IT and Marketing Department.
-Keep fully up to date with all that is happening within the organization.
Software and Qualification:
- MS Office.
- A thorough understanding of various social media platforms
- Qualification: undergraduate degree/diploma (Marketing/IT)
- Photoshop or any design programs as an added advantage
Requirements:
- An in-depth knowledge, understanding of and proficiency on social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, YouTube and Instagram, well as emerging platforms, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
- Ability to identify trends and preferences among target audiences.
- Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.

- Excellent organizational skills
- Mature and Responsible
- Result Oriented
- Passion for social networking, blogging and use of the internet
- Team Player
- Independent Worker
- Must be willing to work overtime from time to time
Considered a Plus:
- Bi-lingual
- Associate’s Degree (minimum)
