Job title: Purchasing Clerk

The purchasing clerk assists the Purchasing Manager to ensure variety at best prices while maintaining adequate inventory.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Sourcing goods, negotiating best prices, following up on orders, and ensuring timely deliveries.

- Monitoring sales movements to forecast purchasing needs

- Liaising with warehouse to ensure timely stocking of shelves 

- Assist with stocktaking


Minimum requirements:

- Associate Degree in Business Science or equivalent

- Experience in purchasing

- Ability to maintain positive working relationships

- Professional work outlook
