Store Clerk

Requirements: Minimum High School Diploma
Computer literate (Word & Excel)
Quick Books & Accounts Experience (Preferred)
Excellent Customer Service
Attention to Detail
Ability to Multi-Task
Flexible in working hours
Must be able to lift boxes around 30–50lbs
Mature and Responsible
Cashier Background (An Asset)
Valid Driver’s License (A must)

Knowledge of Welding & Hardware (An Asset)
Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) (Preferred)

** Preferably living in or around the vicinity of Spanish Lookout**

Some Responsibilities:
- Display proper Customer Service to all walk-ins or over the phone customer.
- Take cash and credit accurately and responsibly so as to ensure accountability at the end of the day. Ensure that all customers are given a receipt at the end of every transaction.
- Bill credit customers accurately, ensuring a purchase order or reference name is provided and attach to all credit invoices.
- Ensure that all invoices have a second signature from staff who checks items accurately that are being billed.
- Print an end of day summary for the credit card machine once it has been used for the day.
- Stocking and labeling of items on the shelves.
- Filing customer estimates, invoices etc.
