Want to be a part of the Naïa Resort and Spa team in Placencia?

We are looking for a Resort Maintenance Manager with relevant experience to care for the physical infrastructure of Naia Resort and Residences.

This includes but is not limited to the management of all Carpentry, AC/HVAC, Electrical Plumbing as well as machinery repairs.

You will also be expected to develop a preventative maintenance program, taking guest occupancy into consideration.

You will be directly responsible for managing the maintenance team on a daily basis which includes beach and gardening /landscaping personnel.
