Our villas are 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with a huge full kitchen, living and dining area.

Our villas also have a beautiful decks that look out to the Caribbean Sea with lovely deck furniture and 2 lounge chairs to relax and enjoy the sea breeze.

When it’s hot out you can enjoy a cool dip in our big pool in the middle of the property that offers seating in the shade and a place you can put your plastic bottle beverage.

And if that’s not enough! We have a beautiful beach perfect to lounge on with a great book while you soak up the sun.

We are located about a mile and a half from Placencia village, just far enough to enjoy some quite but close enough to grab some groceries and ice cream while taking a morning or evening walk.

Our villas are perfect for anyone looking to be in a great residential condo complex or someone looking to work remotely while enjoying what Caribbean life has to offer.

Our long term rates are between $2,500USD - $3,000USD per month,

Tenants are responsible for their own utilities (water, electricity & internet).
