JOB VACANCY at Kiki Witz Resort in Belmopan, Belize:

OPERATIONS MANAGER

You will be responsible for the operations at Kiki Witz Resort, which is a 13-acre boutique resort outside of Belmopan, the capital city of Belize, at mile 46 George Price Highway.

You must have outstanding managerial skills and extensive hands-on experience in hotel management.

Key responsibilities are:
* Managing the restaurant, bar, and accommodations
* Recruiting and training all staff
* Opening and closing the facility at least 5 days a week
* Managing the inventory
* Preparing and managing financial reports
* Assisting with marketing snd event planning
* Providing for the security of guests
* Overseeing the maintenance of the facility and property

Salary commensurate with experience and includes significant performance-based incentives.
