Hiring: Office Assistance for BELMOPAN

Manage front counter and telephone system system to ensure patients are acknowledged and attended promptly.

Manage filing system

Recording information as needed

Updating paperworks., maintaining documents and Word processing

Performance of bookkeeping tasks involving charging of credit cards, invoicing and preparation of receipts.

Requirements:

- Minimum Associates Degree
- Full-time
- willing to work flexible hours
- minimum 2-3 years experience
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Friendly and customer service oriented
- Excellent filing and reporting skills
- Good communication skills both oral and written.
